For those associations with Tennis Courts - how much money does your tennis facility lose annually? After ours takes in money for lessons, clinics, memberships and retail sales-then pays out salaries for 3 pros plus commission and court maintaining we still lose around 250k to 300k per year for our 10 Clay courts and small pro shop. Does anyone have a tennis facility that breaks even?
