What do all the acronyms mean?

I'm new here, and I have to say I have learned a lot already, but what do all these acronyms mean? I have figured out some, but today I came across CAM. What is that?
It would be great if there was a glossary here someplace to explain the most commonly used ones.
I'm sure there are a number of "newbies" like me just learning the ropes here.

In our community, CAM is "Community Association Management" which is our association's name for our HOA administrative arm. We use the term CAM where other communities say HOA.

Just a couple--BOD, means Board Of Directors, P.M. is Property mamager. IMO or IMHO means in my opinion or in my humble opinion. SS usually is State Statute. Others will pop up for you.

First and foremost, you must be in the Community association state of mind when reading or replying to a posted on this discussion forum. I have been reading and posting to HOAtalk.com for just about two years. I too have learned more than I could ever imagine, that I could or had a desire too.

This link was provided a short time ago and it will also help to interpret what is being posted (short hand) http://www.acronymfinder.com/af-query.asp?AcrCam&string=exact. Many commonly use acronyms are provided on this site.
I would also suggest using “Google”.
