Please state whether this is for a condominium subject to FS 718; a HOA subject to FS 720; or something else (mobile home park?).

Please state whether this is for a reserve component or capital improvement or something else.

Please state whether this expense was in the budget presented to owners at the annual meeting.

I advise ceasing to respond to this thread until the OP (PeterS12) responds. Since January, 2012 he has started at least five threads at this forum. He has posted a total of six times. He has never responded to any of the threads he started.
