We have used IVOTEHOA -likely the first time you use it you will have to do both paper and evote. Then reconcile the 2
My neighborhood has used this for the past two years, and will be using it again at our next annual meeting. Itās a bit pricey - I think weāre paying about $900 this year - but I like that it has the simplest, easiest interface and workflow I can imagine: it sends out individualized āballotā emails to residents (with randomly assigned random 10 digit ID numbers), the resident clicks on a link that takes them to the ācast your ballot pageā, their 10 digit ID # is filled in for them, and they vote and hit āSubmitā.
Iām not shilling for these folks - I simply like the way it works. Back when I was working in the computer biz, I often had to deal with barrier thresholds that could block the adoption of a product or service. One of the more common ones was the entire ālog in / create idā paradigm, which often just stopped a user dead in their tracks. I saw a demo of a voting system that worked like that. We could have used it for *free*, but I managed to talk everyone out of it, and I donāt regret it for a second.
If I had time, Iād shop around and try to find a different, cheaper system that with the workflow I prefer. Iāll bet theyāre out there.
