We're interested in testing the Massachusetts market for a property manager.

I know this forum does not allow references to specific companies. Hoping somebody can direct me to a resource listing vendors.

A nice start might be asking other local communities (HOA) who their PMC IS or WAS? Look at all options.

The word is flooded with Property Management Companies. One of your first requirements is they manage an association similar (or larger) in size then yours. This will flush out some of the deadwood.

They have a list of services you can choose from versus one size fits all. Also look closely at their cancellation clause.
