Just curious how many of you have bingo games in your clubhouse. Did you discuss it with your attorney?

we don't have a clubhouse, but as weather warms up I plan to hold a community (140 homes) BINGO IN THE STREET event as a homeowner, not a BOD event. Prizes will be donated "trash-lol that becomes another's treasurer". The intent is to encourage neighborhood friendliness after the 3 year Covid shut-down and simply FUN!

The best course of action is to ask your local law director or prosecutors office goodle "your city" law director.
The laws vary from a group of adults gathering to play bingo to bunco, card and dice games, and what card games are being played.
