happy holidays and to keep this relevant, remember if the HOA allows religious/holiday displays for one event they need to allow it for other events even if those other events are at a different tiem of the year.

Don't be like this HOA that lost and was forced to pay $40K in legal fees to the winning party plus probably just as much in it's own legal fees.

Happy holidays to you Tim and to everyone else as well. I spent Christmas day at my daughters house and got to see all 5 of my grandkids together for the first time. It was so great to see the excitement of the little ones when they came downstairs and saw all the toys and presents under the tree. I wish everybody nothing but happiness for 2023!
