I am late to the game. I received some great advice when I first discussed this...thanks. Now our CCR's are deemed over 30 years old (although they have reapproved a few times) because we didn't follow the process and have Tallahassee approve . Has anyone gone through the process and if so is there a website or source to help us follow the process. we will utilize a lawyer but would like to do the legwork , so we don't run up large lawyer bills.
thanks in advance folks

AS a Board, determine what you want removed and what you want added. Let the owners know about this possible plan and find from them their thoughts. We updated our Declaration in 2017 and it cost us about $5,000.
