I would appreciate any advice/opinion anyone has on the impact of MRTA(managed records title act-FS 712) and a florida HOA and its CCR's. I am scoping the matter for the HOA Board to take action or inaction.
any advice would be appreciated

You mean the Marketable Record Title Act.

If you read the following and then ask specific questions, then this would be a good start:

Ultimately your Board may have to meet with an attorney. This forum might be able to help prepare you (and maybe the board) for this meeting. It depends on how much work you want to do in advance of such a meeting (potentially saving time and money at the meeting itself). If as a volunteer you (understandably) do not want to do any work; study; and research in advance, then just pay the attorney to educate you and the board.
