Clubhouse Reservations Software

We have an HOA that has a clubhouse pool and tennis court, they are looking for a reservation system for this, so we can take deposits and schedule. What system do you use? Any advice and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

You could also set up a database with Access or Excell to keep track of this. I would think your system should keep track of when deposits were made, when the damage inspection (before and after the event was held), have a spot where photos of the inspection can be uploaded (in case there's a fight over damages and when they occur), etc.

I'm not an expert, but any means, but I know Access does have sample database you can adapt for your use, and Excel has all sorts of templates for contracts.
