We've been having issues with people bypassing our security gate system at night and stealing from homes. Usually they are just entering multiple numbers until they guess an actual code. That is easy enough for me to identify.

However while checking the logs of our security system to investigate, I noticed that amazon is entering without using a gate code or by calling the resident on the phone system to open the gate remotely. When they come in, it shows up the same as when emergency vehicles such as police and fire enter with a master key. Has anyone had anything similar happen? Or any advise?

Amazon has a special system that they install for gated community and is quite secure. I would check with the local Amazon office in your neighborhood.

Fat chance of that happening. It is literally impossible to talk to anyone at Amazon with half a brain. Amazon corporate office it also impossible to reach.
I was leaving my community when I spotted an Amazon driver parked in our landscaping with running water gushing. I took pictures and I confronted the driver, he
just basically told me to F off. as a BOD I filed a police report and forwarded it to our PMC. We filed a claim against their vehicle insurance to pay for the property
damage they caused.

Yes it is annoying AF. The problem with that is those bypass transponders that Police, Fire and EMS use are readily available to anyone with a credit card. I had to chase down and trespass an amazon driver
in their private vehicle in the scope of my employment.

If they installed something or have a key, wouldn’t we know about it? Or is it the same key police & fire use?

Why do you have an issue with how UPS gets in?

No. They have a code I gave them for access.

You may have to look at changing/upgrading your system and issue digital passes since it doesn't sound like you can change the master key code.

Alternatively, the best thing you can do is speak to the driver in person since there will be no way to contact a real person through Amazon.
