(Fl) I previously posted about my crappy upstairs neighbor that’s renting the unit above me. There’s been noise complaints and now she’s had this guy visiting on consistent basis resulting in HOA property mgmt on site sending an unauthorized occupant notice. I was asking how it worked & the Mgr confirmed with me. Assuming the notice was sent last Fri, the guy has 7 days to take background test and register. If he doesn’t take test within 7 days, another violation is sent with potential fine (Mgr told me HOA board doesn’t play with those). If he passes test, he has to register to become part of community and will pay for parking at that point/will need to take background check every year. If he fails, he will not be allowed to visit the community anymore. If he visits after being banned, that is ground for eviction. For those that tried to provide clarification there it is, for those bashing me well too bad. Just an update!

Don't you have anything better to do besides complain about the neighbor? The owner/landlord was fined for your noise complaint, but now you're complaining about HER visitors. How, pray, do you know this is an unauthorized guest??????

Understand this - you may not like this person, but it appears she's not going anywhere, so you either learn to live with it and buy some earphones for the noise (which no one else seems to hear but you) or move. As for the guest, unless he or she (or they) are violating community rules, it's none of your business who she associates with. Get a damned hobby already!

If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true do not say it. Marcus Aurelius

Clearly it is my business that’s why the HOA wants to run the background check on him bc he could be putting other residents at risk. The fact that they sent the warning and are monitoring him tells me I was more than right to share the footage that I did

Thank you for the update. I was on pins and needles to hear how much more you could harass your neighors and take it to a new level. Appreciate it!
