Looking for company referrals to obtain a reserve fund study for a small condominium community in Northeast Maryland. I would prefer a local company for a level 1 study. If you have recently completed a study what was the price range of the work. New Board President trying to get our community back on track to meet long term facility upkeep. Thanks for responding. We aren't allowed to name specific vendors on this website. Someone may give you his/her email and you can send a private message for specifics. Otherwise, do some Googling and see what comes up. Some national companies may have local offices you can meet with. Be sure to ask for references and check them. In fact, if you have a property manager, ask him or her if other clients have any suggestions.

If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true do not say it. Marcus Aurelius

Wrong the rule says
) No Selling: No solicitation, advertising, or selling of any kind is allowed here, except for occasional announcements from official site sponsors.

It doesnt say no referrals

Mark,

It's been that way since I joined the site several years ago.

Michael,

Do a search for reserve specialists and you will find a few.
I used to live in Fairfax County. Email me and I'll let you know who we used.

Michael,

The way referrals have worked in the past is via email.
Either someone provides you with their email (like I did) or you provide your email for others to contact you.

I do not recommend using posting your normal email on a public web site.
I recommend creating an email for the sole purpose of posting online.

You can create an additional account with your current provider or create one using one of the many free email sites (available via internet search).

Hope this helps,

Tim
