I have a crappy upstairs neighbor renting the unit above me & I own my downstairs unit. So far, the tenant has gotten 2 noise violations & the last one resulted in a $100 fine. Now, she has this guy that has been visiting on a consistent basis the past 2 months and he’s being a nuisance. Pretty sure he’s not part of the lease & to be causing a disturbance when you’re not supposed to be here is a big no no. I tried calling her landlord directly and he didn’t pick up, ended up reaching out again to hoa/property management on site & they can give her a warning stating that he would need to be added to the lease in a certain timeframe to prevent from escalating if he still plans to visit on a consistent basis. For violation to be sent, office needs proof he’s been here at least 14 times. They can track on their gate camera but they’re lazy I don’t have expectations, I have a camera by my front door however it needs to be cleared every couple of weeks before storage fills up. I only have footage from 6/13- present & already have 12 screenshots of him by the door with date/time stamp. The office gave me the name of this violation she’d be getting but I forgot exact title & they’re closed till Monday. So she’d be adding a guy to the lease she’s been dating 2 months and if she doesn’t, does that mean he wouldn’t be allowed to visit or not as much? Can someone give me title of warning & verbiage broken down in warning?
