Since HOA dues pay for the management company, do homeowners have the right to know who the Management Company employs?

I think the homeowners of the community have every right to know which employees of the management company are directly assigned to their community account and also the management team (regional manager, etc.) I don't think every employee that works on the account (like a behind-the-scenes accounting team) needs to be divulged.

If you have a property manager, the homeowners should have the business contact number for the PM and possibly the PM's manager but no one else in the company. Any contact with anyone else at the management company by a homeowner should go through the PM or their manager.

CICs are generally limited to what's in their management contract. Having a great contract is important.

Do homeowners have the "right" to a list of everyone employed by your management company? Probably NOT.

No.

If you have a contact with a lawn care company, do you demand a copy of their employees info?
Of course not.
You deal with the individual assigned as the representative of the contract.

Wondering why you want this info. Bbl?

I've Googled our MC and can see many of their employees, but have no need to contact them.

What Lori and Kerry said. If you have a specific complaint about someone who was working in the community that day, notify the property manager (copy the board if necessary). The property manager should be able to track down who you're referring to and investigate what went on.
