The question cut out:

To those think I’m exaggerating with my noisy neighbor & her tv being loud, below is the link to video. Would you consider this loud enough to have the HOA fine her landlord?

I listened.

Couldn't hear anything even with volume turned up. My answer would be...issue is imagined and not real.

Danielle, in one of your posts on another site you said " I’m not using any kind of retaliation until after hearing, I don’t want anything too recent to be used against me,...". You also posted the link below to show people the ceiling stomper you bought and said that you were letting it run for 20 minutes a day. You have zero credibility with me and and I hope this backfires on you.

They sounded typical of when I lived in an apartment. I no longer live in an apartment/condo/shared wall living situation and am happy about that.

I didn't hear anything obnoxious or awful considering walls are shared.

When I did live in an apartment, I thought we had elephants living upstairs. I had no idea what the people did that lived above us, but they stomped around like they were 1000 pound elephants. I didn't complain to the apartment manager or anyone, but did choose not to live in a shared wall community after that point.

I do know when I stay in hotels, I always ask to stay in the top floor so nobody above me makes noise at weird hours.

You said at first those recordings were pretty much silent and now you’re saying that it’s typical for apartment living which one is it

I heard a bit of background noise but nothing that I would consider egregious or different than what I hav encountered in any shared wall living community (hotel, apartment, motel, condo, etc).

I will say that I have been on business trips staying in hotels when neighboring hotel units beds "squeaked" at night. Not fun or cool.

I think your issue is you would prefer not having a shared wall. You would be happier in a single family home community.
