Sigh.

Just got an e-mail from a homeowner about 2 others that have encroached on HOA owned property. When doing the investigation, I found a third. Plus two more that we are currently dealing with, so a total of 5 encroachments.

We discovered these at the same time somebody submitted an ACC request to encroach on HOA property which we will deny.

We'll deal with these but property boundary encroachments are never fun. People who are doing the encroaching using feel they have a right to the encroachment, and the owner being encroached upon is just wrong. So I expect none of these will be pretty situations to deal with.

But it's not fair to let these 5 encroach and deny others the same, and we don't want all of our neighborhood encroaching on HOA property. So deal with it we will.

Now I can see why your board members hate your flood of emails.

Wait, is there construction that's encroaching or are neighbors pushing landscaping/flowers/bushes onto the HOA property a bit?

Expanding the usable area of their backyard. One house did construct a storage rack of sorts.
