Giving an update. Found out one of my neighbors has indeed been getting a fine from the HOA for their fence. A post I read said they applied for fence permission 4 times. Still are getting a $50 fine. Mind you I know they did NOT apply for the fence to be installed PRIOR to installing it. It's more of application of "Forgiveness" than permission. Plus the fence is STILL not been painted as required.

Keeping my mouth shut. However, nice to know my neighbor is getting fined for it. Just not happy they refuse to pay the fine and be in compliance. Guess will have to be dealing with this a lot longer...

Not Karma but a lesson learned. The fences on BOTH sides of me has caused me nothing but trouble. The worst part is that I am the one in compliance!!! Neither fence beside me are.
