I'm in Texas. Does anyone have any ideas on where we can buy some new pool furniture in bulk? Is that a thing? I asked our management company, but they didn't know. Is that something a management company should be able to help with?

Thank you,

Try a local pool company.

Do you have a pool management company? They can usually help with pool furniture. Our Property Management company referred us to a commercial pool furniture rep that we have used for several years. The pool management company helps us with repairs and re-strapping of chairs and loungers, repairs to umbrellas, etc. at the end of each season as needed.

Google Commercial Pool Furniture Rep Texas and you may be able to find what you are looking for. Are you just buying a few pieces? or all new furniture? If you are buying all new, I will tell you that when we did that the delivery and unpacking/set up of all the new furniture was a big job. We hired some help since it was several pallets of furniture, in cartons, shrink wrapped, and delivered with a small fork lift to the pool pavilion area.

I wouldn't expect the MC to go shopping for items for your common areas unless it's in your contract with them.

Ours did, unfortunately the two benches and two tables look like they're from an In & Out Burger Or Mc D's YUCK.

For Pool Furniture there are some great buys to be had. Some have angle iron on the feet so you can bolt them down. I have even seen quality chase lounges at the C word membership club
for around 2 notes. The Patio furniture stores seem to be higher end here. I feel $200 beans per chase lounge is a happy medium for something that will get a lot of use and some abuse.

Yes, it's a thing.

Since you ask as I don't post "advertising," we use a company called Patio Options in Raleigh, NC. There are others, of course, in your area BUT they sell commercial grade furniture that you can have re-strapped when it gets dingy as compared to tossing it. It's much preferred to shop local if you can. If you can't, these stores simply drop ship furniture on a transfer truck.

Pro Tip: Buy your pool umbrellas from Lowes or Home Depot. They are much lower cost and feature the same life span as "pro" pool umbrellas (1 year).

Google commercial pool furniture.

Same as above.

I could recommend some commercial hotel brands, but there are forum rules that might be bent.

Depending on the size of your pool area, weigh the cost of having commercial grade that carries a longer warranty or replacing more frequently with a residential quality that has almost no warranty.
