Good morning, thanks to all who have been supportive and helpful. Unfortunatly I did not reach the 186 signatures which i needed, the majority of the homes are rentals. I have only collected 59 signatures, we have 548 townhomes and like i said the majority are rentals.
But that does not mean that I have given up, in our governing documents I found an article that reads the following:
"Any director may be removed from office with or without cause by the majority of the memebersn in present or by proxy at a duly convened meeting of the association"
Can someone be so kind and translate that for me? Does this mean that I can take my 59 proxies and present them to the BOD, Attorney and Property management company and replace the directors after the annual election? or is there a different type of proxy form?
According to the Gov.Documents, the duly meeting needs to be held immediatly after the annual election, our election is on Feb. 28th 2022.
