I am on my new HOA Facebook page group. A few got busted for a few things. I was busted for an unpainted fence with a few others. Now a few are wanting the HOA to be disbanded as soon as Developer is gone. Others are wondering how "legal" CC&R's are? Have another group whom think we need "amenities". Oh and some want basketball goals.

Is this how the entrance to hell looks like?

Why are you subjecting yourself to the torture of paying attention to your HOA Facebook group? The only thing worse would be an HOA Nextdoor group.
