Does anybody here use a web service to allow residents to submit ARC requests and manage the entire process of reviewing them, approving, and closing out? Something you would recommend for another community?

We have a PDF ARC doc, but it is not capable of filling out on the web. We do encourage our owners to fill it out, scan it and email it to the property manager for faster processing.
From there any ARC request that skew away from standard approval gets emailed to the board for consideration.
