Fence architect? Fence replacement project

Looking for the category of professional that we could seek a recommendation from on what we should use to replace our fences. We have roughly 1800 feet of HOA owned fence scattered among 5 parks that need to be replaced because it's end of life. I am not a fence expert and we don't have volunteers in our community with a lot of experience in this. I am interested in hiring a professional to help make a recommendation as to what kind of fence we should install to replace the fence on a location by location basis.

I'm not looking for the name since we can't solicit names of vendors here, but rather the category or type of professional we could hire for this work.
