FYI it most likely refers to Realtors. There are those who work for the seller and those that can work for the buyer. (Buyer's agent). They can be BOTH. Hence referred to as a "Dual agent". If it was seller realtor and buyer agent, they negotiated the 6% sales charge between them. It can be 60/40 or 50/50. Either way they split that percentage. A "Dual Agent" keeps the full 6%.
