We are using absentee ballots for the first time this year for our annual meeting. It's slick, we're taking votes both electronically and via paper ballots, and they count for quorum. We are expecting it to be much easier to meet quorum this way than by trying to collect proxies.

Anyways, we missed a question on the absentee ballot. Forgot to put a question about "do you approve the meeting minutes as presented from the 2021 annual meeting".

How should we recover? I am thinking we just take the vote at the meeting, but that leaves out the absentee voters who never were asked to approve the minutes via the absentee ballot. I don't want to reprint and mail out new ballots to everyone.

Your thoughts?

Minutes of the previous annual meeting are approved AT an annual meeting. They are not on the ballot.

Easy enough. Thanks.
