Earlier this month we had a budget meeting scheduled (to approve next year's fees), however our board/property manager did not provide notice to members as required via bylaws/statute and is being rescheduled for sometime next month.

My question is does a notice have to be resent due to the new date? I don't see anything in our Bylaws or statutes that discusses rescheduled meetings, is it safe to assume the original notice requirements stand?

Thee main purpose of notice is to provide the time, date and location, so people know when and where to attend. If the time and date are re-scheduled, then yes, new notice must be sent, and per the timeline given either in the governing documents or per Florida statute.

Send out a notice because it is the right thing to do. It is good communication to the owners.
