A little off topic, but prayers/well wishes for those effected by the Tornados. Having gone through something similar it's really a struggle. Hoping you all receive the help you need. Reach out if you have questions. There are lots of questions to be asked. Living in a HOA or managing one during a tornado recovery event you will have some unique questions.
We may not be able to come to you with food/water/clothes but we can help lead you with some advice if needed. Dealing with insurance, owners claims, or what to do if property destroyed. Example: Our HOA requires owners restore the house back on the lot if destroyed like existed. Can't leave an "empty" lot. These are the things your HOA could be facing once the dust settles.
Having gone through a mass tornado outbreak the next few weeks will be a roller coaster of everything. Prayers for any losses or injuries. You will come back from this. Just one step at a time and breath.
