HOA not doing their job

I was trying to find my original post, but I could not....Update on leaving trash at curb all week. I have given up on these people....We are a small subdivision...only three board members. One of which is playing mind games with me.....She has only been a board member this past year. She must have been told by one of the previous members that I had mentioned that she had a yard project lasting 4 years....building materials in driveway for at least a year....Anyway, we have our large bin picked up on Monday and lawn waste, tree limbs, etc on Thursday. This past Monday she put out the bin and that was picked up. That afternoon she put out two plastic bags of clipping and a wooden pallet....not to be picked up until Thursday. Thursday came and she removed the pallet and left the bags.....those were picked up and THEN she put back the wooden pallet propped up against the curb and her mailbox. That means the pallet is there for a whole week. I think this woman has a mental problem.....I just had to share...Yes there are those kind of people out there and they VOTE!
