Last year we had 6 candidates for 5 positions and we followed the rules for elections as per the Davis-Stirling Act.
This year only 4 of the present Board have resubmitted their names as candidates. So far we have been unable to find anyone else to participate. Does anyone know how we handle this situation? Do we still have to be elected by ballot? or do we just send out a letter stating the facts and the present Board will continue?

Since no one has answered your question, (and I don't know either), you might try:

www.davis-stirling.com

the law firm running it has a ton of information about the CA laws.

Thanks for the info. It appears to be a very useful web site. I found the answer to my question on it. Thanks again.

Errol.
