There are very old posts being replied to because they are being dug up and commented on by a ghost member.

If the post has been viewed over 4,000 times it has been reactivated by the ghost member and is no longer current and needing a reply.

In all the year's I've been viewing HOATALK.com, a free forum, I've never seen this happen before. This site is very valuable and very basic.

Let's just hope that he losses interest in causing mayhem and moves on.

Have seen this before but not going back to 2005. It's just usually a spammer who causes the issue. On occasion an angry poster whom did not get a response they wanted. Have not seen yet whom the poster is that caused this latest one. It happens. Best to ignore, move on , and don't engage. Let the posts fall down farther on the list. Hence why keeping this post alive pushes the other ones down. Plus lets others know to check for dates now and in the future.

A person named RollandE1 is blowing up this forum, but I don't believe it is really that person. I think a regular looked up a couple of HOA support groups on Facebook and used a person that recently joined the groups. The person hear states they are from North Carolina, person on Facebook is from South Carolina.

Moving up again. Looks like RollanE1 has panties in a wad again about something. So guess going to try to move posts to bury the one doesn't like. Been reported to the Administrator. So expect site to maybe go down sometime while they clean it up.
