Why are old posts showing up from 2005 even though topic page shows last post as 10/2021?

Because someone re-activated and someone then had that person's post removed.

It appears the powers that are held by HOATALK.com have blocked a nuisance from posting and re-opening aged posts.
May take a few days for things to settle down.
HOATALK.com has been invaluable to me as part of an HOA for many years. I know many of the posters by their monikers and look forward to their insight.
Hopefully. This will pass.
