To all"
A recent post brought this to mind. If you are posting anything about stragety, when faced with an adversary or legal problem, best to edit what you say carefully. This is an open site and it is easy for your members to sign on here and see what you are posting. I bet this has happened, although I haave no personal knowledge.

Just a caution.

Robert, you are absolutely correct, and it's never inappropriate to post a reminder such as this from time to time.

In my career (public relations, speechwriting, communication consulting), I've often cautioned people never to say anything to anyone in writing (email, website, memo, personal letter) or on voicemail that you wouldn't be embarrassed to see looking back at you from the front page of a newspaper.

So, whether this site, or email to friends, it's best to keep that in mind.

Good points. That's why our posting rules prohibit posting of personal names, business names, etc. We want this to be an open forum but not get into personal details that could get people in trouble.

Thanks to all that participate here!
