I live in a community that has a closed-circuit television station to broadcast community news, updates schedules and such. We are using an old system called MP95 which is running on a Windows 7 system. Do any other communities have such facilities and if so, can you tell me about the system? What software and hardware is your system using? Who runs the system and does the update/inputs?
Thank you.

Will tell you that Windows 7 is no longer supported. So it's basically SOL. Time to update for sure.

Michael,

Please clarify for me.

Is the development housing a live video center or is it simply providing a set of images(slides, pages, etc.) to a cable service that multiplexes the signal into their system?

Additionally, who is the manufacturer of the MP95 (which I could not locate on the internet)?

Michael What besides news and info is broadcast on a tv channel in your community? Is it just a channel banner with no CCTV cameras like a lobby camera in apartments and condos to see your visitors?

Most of what you have was likely redistributed by a contracted cable company specific to your property. If it is just a community bulletin board with news and information, most of that can be accomplished with a webpage hosting, If you desire adding a CCTV camera feed with your system you're going to need some equipment upgrades that's quite expensive.

If it works, just keep using it.

Most communities simply have a facebook page.
