Hello,

I am looking for an attorney qualified to interpret some language in our association rules and regulations as well as a couple of agreements that our association made with a nearby governing entity. This is in the state of Ohio. If anyone can suggest a firm or qualified counsel, please reply or private message. Thank you!

The bar association website should provide a good list to go by. We are not attorney's on this website. Just free advice givers...

Are you a homeowner, or do you represent your HOA (eg. as a board member)? The firm I'm familiar with only accepts community associations as their clients, so they wouldn't talk to you if you're simply a member of your association.

If you Google "Ohio HOA law" or "Ohio condo law" you should find them - they have offices at both ends of the I-71 corridor.

If you're a homeowner, then looking for lawyers who deal with real estate law may help you - but look for ones who have experience with HOAs.
