I read the Ask A Manager blog regularly and today came across the gem below.
I couldn't tell whether or not the letter writer worked for an HOA or in other kinds of property management, but it was clear from what she said that this was one horror of a job. And now her boss is recording her (audio and video), neatly tying together two recent threads.
I'd love to know why it is that homeowners seem to be uniquely rude to people providing essential services (including those who are volunteers and could tell the homeowners to stuff it).
