We have 8 units in our Association. How many units may be leased/rented before there is an affect on the Association Insurance, property value or resale ability? Thank you for all information.

With only 8 units, I'd be more concerned about maintaining enough resident or local (and interested) owners to be able to conduct meetings. It would appear you need 38% of your total membership just to comprise a 3-member BOD. Rentals can "dilute a quorum", sort-of-speak, in smaller communities.
