Question for anyone dealing with covid 19 and NJ specific if you are having in person meeting for the association due to Covid 19 do you have to supply owners with a call in number as well so they can hear the meeting topics ? Please let me know as some want to have a dial in and others want to stick to who comes to the meeting comes to the meeting. It will be outside in an open area with a covering and social distancing will be adhered too. Please let me know thank you

Are you required to have a dial up option?
Probably not.

However, I would strongly suggest an online option with proxies.
Otherwise, you may be limited in number (by State/County covid guidelines) and you don't want to take the chance on the Association meeting being a super spreader event.

We had an Annual meeting meeting held in a church sanctuary and 23 owners came. Our management company also zoomed the meeting for the other owners to watch. Voting was done both by in person and by proxy.
