I Personally have a difficult time rationalizing that it’s acceptable to continue throwing good money after bad into a HOA that never should have existed in the first place.

And a lying stealing Property management company, who’s managers don’t comprehend that 7/13 is less than 2/3😂🤣🤣😊😅. Every time we tried to get rid of them the owners got threatened they would sue us and put liens on our property.

And ultimately jump ship 🛳 when they started get asked too many questions and for copies of financial records.

I have an even bigger problem walking away from a $165,000 dwelling over a $7000 roof. So do the other owners, eventually they all will sell .

So none of us are going to pay the Extortion by a corrupt shyster PM .
That obviously failed the 2nd grade.

And none of us are going to keep playing games with a unnecessary HOA that is not legally required by deed , nor by our, street , county ( thanks John C)

We are getting our roof without a single lawsuit , financial risk or receivership .

As far as the unneeded HOA, it’s always been “deep in coma” except now we don’t have to pay cash to the fraudulent cause / PM

I am a current member of 2 other HOAs and never seen such rubbish.

Thank you for all the helpful insight and provocative thinking .

For you that don’t understand, sorry can’t teach calculus to everyone.
