Hello,
I am trying to learn if Florida 720 or other state laws govern how an HOA Board elections are conducted. Specifically, if there are more candidates than open positions, are the voting results public information. At
a recent annual meeting election, the winning candidates were announced but the other candidates were not told the number of votes received.
