I have been reading up on Electronic Voting for our condo association.

It think it would be of great help to us.
We have about 280 units and rarely get half the people to send in there votes.

I'm wondering what some people pay to do Electronic Voting.

I just want to know how much you pay for software or a company to do it.

I know we still would have to mail out letters.

If you do this choice, it has to be documented in your documentation. So add on that expense and vote into your equation and vote.

Actually, if the state allowed electronic voting, your documents DO NOT to be updated.

Yes you do need to add this. This is because members need to have this documented on how voting is done. Whether or not your documents say "does not supercede state/local/federal laws" caveat in them. It's best to have it defined.

With Max, if the state allows electronic voting or anything else coveted by the bylaws, the Bylaws do NOT have to be physically updated, which often requires a vote of the membership.

Certainly, Ben, it should be publicized to the membership.

CA doesn't allow electronic voting, so I can't help with cost, etc. Unfortunately we had a couple of really good FL posters who seem to have disappeared.
