Who is supposed to be listed as Grantor on a management certificate?
And then who would the Grantee be?

A grantee is the recipient of something.
A grantor is the giver of something.

Lessor is one who gives a lease on something.
Lessee is one is leasing (renting) the something from the Lessor.

The OR is a giver.
The EE is a recipient.

A does the screwing (screwor). B is the one getting screwed (screwee).

Lolllll that’s the best response ever!!
We’ve never had a management certificate until recently and it’s the property management company as grantor. I found that odd and surprising.
