Held our Annual Meeting last night via Zoom.

People who attended with video - no problem.

People who attended by phone - different story. Screen displays phone number of participant. Unless you have phone #s memorized, can't tell who's there. If you're presenting charts or other visual information, explanations to the phone callers becomes a drag.

Host turned microphones on and off one at a time. Zzzzzzzzzzz.

No dialog generated among the community.

Disappointed.

There must be a better way. Any thoughts?

We have been doing them solely via conference call lately. The management company requires people to email them to register and receive the sign-in, that way there is a record as to who attended. It does take away the visual component, but the facilitator can mute a loudmouth as needed.

Thanks Anna.
Just wondering - Is attendance up, down, or about the same as it used to be when you had live meetings?
