Our HOA is looking for a company to move street signs in Arlington, TX.

Detaching them from cheap galvanized posts and attaching to our lamp posts in frames. Need the new frames. Needs old posts removed.

Anyone know of a company in the area?

Every street sign post has a lamp across from it, so we think it will look nicer with less posts.

We really liked the work of Arlington Sign Post Relocation Specialists - phone number was (817) 643-6344. Ask for John.

This doesn't sound like something your HOA should be doing without talking to the city. Did the city not install them? There is a lot more that may need to be done. Which unless your roads are private and signs are owned by the HOA directly, you need to work within the city laws and departments.

We own the streets, the sign blades themselves just have to conform to city standard.

Got a fast-busy on that number. Also no hits on the company name using Google. Thanks for responding.

Not nice.

Perhaps what George is trying to say is that folks new here should read the forum's posting guidelines. The guidelines prohibit commercial solicitations. Liability, ya know.

You are correct. Seems like a long-time poster would know the rules.

You might own the streets, but there may be regulations and codes that specify placement of road signs you would still need to comply with.

Check.
