Thanks everyone got your input regarding me wanting to see my hoa financials. If the ignore me, and they are, I have no recourse other than hiring my own attorney. One quoted $3,500. I’m not doing that. So hoa’s can operate behind a glass wall as the manager said. He said, we do business behind a glass wall and you guys are on the other side of it. We bearly get to ask questions.
They are untouchable. Very cleaver. Smart on their part. So without Legal representing I’m dead in the water is what I’m hearing
