Sorry, the posting rules on this website don't allow specific communities of vendors to be mentioned. There may be some posters from Georgia who can give you a referral via a private message.

Otherwise, Google collection attorneys near me a d see what comes uo. Make sure you ask if they have experience working with HOAs and ask for references and check them. You can also try your local or state bar association.

Awesome. Thank you Sheila! Guess I should have read that. At my wit's end with lazy boardmembers.

Latonia,

Posting rules prevent the referrals you ask for.

Here is a link to CAI Georgia chapter Shelia mentioned.
Look under the Directory section.

Understand the collections process before you judge what is being done or not done. A HOA has the options of Liens/Foreclosure for unpaid dues/assessments. Which are very much time sucking legal collection options. They are the best ones. A lawsuit is bad idea to collect dues. Plus a HOA isn't required to have one's social security #.

Understand there are limitations for collecting owed dues before running off to a collections attorney. That has to be a board decision to go that route as well. Which isn't necessarily the one your HOA may want to take.
