Sorry, but the posting rules on this website don't permit listing names of specific vendors or communities. There are some Texas posters who may be able to send you a private message with a recommendation, otherwise, start googling auditors in your area. As if they've done audits for an HOA and the ask for references and check them. Good luck.

I recommend you contact the local chapter of Community Associates Institute (CAI) and ask for the names of CPA firms who are members.
You do not indicate where in Texas you are located, there are several accounting firms in each of yhe larger cities which specialize in property owner association accounting--and probably the smaller areas as well. Also, the firm does not have to be geographically close, if you are in Sherman or Marble Falls, someone in DFW, Austin, San Antonio, or Houston should be able to accept you as a client.
I most strongly recommend you engage an auditor/CPA who specializes in community association accounting as there are significant differences between HOA/Condo accounting and ordinary accounting involving for profit business operations.
