At our Annual Meeting we have an open Q&A Session. We have one common theme that runs through out the Q&A's and that is landscaping questions, comments, and complaints. Our association does all outside landscaping (exception is each home has privacy fenced in backyard some 25ft x 30ft and one can do as they wish there). As we maintain a common look, we do not allow personal plantings, etc. Things can only be replaced with identical species. Our complaints are primarily how our landscaper trims the bushes. They range from trims them to short to does not trim short enough.

Yes we often get other questions but typically they get answered there and then to the satisfaction of the asker.

We are 72 small patio homes, some duplex, some single, and we have no amenities thus an easy association to operate.

What are you common questions, comments, and complaints.

Previous community (still on board) - no one shows up and unless there is an increase in the assessment, no questions.

Current community (not on board) - speeding, access gate breakage, lack of supplies in the bathrooms, assessment confusion, reserves confusion, and finally, and most commonly, just confusion.
