I received a meeting notice for a nonprofit organization through Google Forms; it showed the details of the meeting and showed proxy language, and I was able to click to submit a proxy. It was really easy.

Are there are any free online programs that you've used to collect proxies and serve as ballots for HOA elections?

Anything that could have several pages of text and have several multiple-choice questions, and the ability to show each person's response (and prevent duplicate responses, or at least track who gave a response) would be ideal.

Thanks!

-- Not free, no.

-- The costs various companies are charging for online election services seem like a pretty good deal, given the savings of labor to the HOA and somewhat more insurance that the election was properly run. I have seen a HOA contract for online election services and used the software. It was way better than non-online, in my opinion, and I am someone who rails against any web site provider when I cannot figure out on what link to clink within a few minutes.
