Permission necessary to be listed in the directory in MN

Is this a statement of fact or a question?

I'm going with an attempted search. (Our search function seems to be down - it returned a page of HTML when I tried it a couple minutes ago.)

Typically one of the duties of a BOD is to maintain an up to date owners list, which few do. I say if such a list exists, an owner can request a copy of such. Names and addresses only. No Email addresses nor phone numbers.

We have an up to date owners list, where US Mail is sent but that is not the same as an up to date residents list. We do not have an up to date residents list.

Personally, would have no objections with my name, address, Email address, and phone number being in a residents directory.

We have the owners information in our association website and in the past we used to have a printed homeowner directory. Note, an owner can still request a printed version.
