We hold our annual meeting at 6pm tonight. It will be virtual. Owners can watch the inspectors of election tabulate the secret ballots.
It's been customary for Owners to ask the HOA attorney general questions during tabulation. He'll be off-site.
We don't have any idea how many oweners will attend. Mail in ballots are OK in CA, and attendance in person is not required. If you had time to ask your HOA attorney questions--for "free" (part of their retainer)-- what would you ask?
I'm thinking of asking: "What do you think are the two or three most immoral things for directors to learn?" And maybe: "What do you think are the most important things for owners to learn when they buy into an HOA?"
Sorry for being soooo last-minute.
